PSU can also payroll employees for its clients to help overcome unusual circumstances or just to provide a means for evaluating prospective employees.

PSU customarily recruits, screens and selects the employees that are assigned to its clients' work sites. However, it's not unusual for a company to have already identified the candidate but wants PSU to be the employer of record. Examples include bringing back a retired employee in order not to interfere with the retiree's pension plan; or maybe to stay within mandated headcount quotas; or maybe to work around budget constraints; etc. Additionally, you may want to payroll prospective employees for a probation period before making a long-term commitment of hiring them as a "regular" employee.

These situations can be easily addressed through our payrolling service. Price consideration is given since PSU does not incur recruitment costs. Unlike many staffing companies, PSU does not strip out employee benefits or screening services for payrolled employees.
