In one to two days, if your skills match one of our current openings.
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete and you meet our hiring criteria, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences and skills.
We’ve tried to make the application process as simple as possible. You can easily apply online for all posted positions in the search jobs section of this site. If you don’t have a computer, you’re welcome to come to our office and use ours.
After the application is complete, it will be reviewed to determine if you will interview with a staffing specialist. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills, experience, work style, availability and what you are looking for in your next position.
PSU will then verify references, perform a drug test and background check based on our client’s hiring criteria. You will then be offered positions based on all the factors of your interview process.
You are free to decline if you are not interested in a position. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills, availability and preferences. Please be aware that if you are drawing unemployment, refusing jobs could affect the continuation of benefits.
We realize that not every job is a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You are required to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, or a minimum of two (2) days. We will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is key. We expect open communication from you, and you can expect the same from the PSU office.
Simply visit the job board of our website. Additionally, you can set up a job alert and we’ll notify you when we have a job that matches your criteria.
