Tim is the President and Owner of Personnel Services Unlimited. He joined the family business in 1983 as a sales representative and became President after his mother's retirement in 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has his CTS certification from the National Association of Personnel Consultants.

In addition to leading PSU, Tim is active on numerous committees and industry-related associations and has served on many local community boards.

Tim has dedicated his career to helping companies solve their staffing and HR challenges by providing flexible staffing solutions. He is continually inspired by connecting great people with great jobs.

When not working or volunteering, you will find him spending time with family and friends, boating, motorcycling, and traveling to his next adventure.

Marsha is the Shelby office Service Manager who oversees daily recruiting and staffing operations.

In 1996, she came to Personnel Services Unlimited seeking temporary employment. After completing several assignments, she joined the PSU Staffing team and found her dream job helping others, just like her, find great jobs and meaningful careers. Marsha has her CTS certification from the National Association of Personnel Consultants.

With 25 years of experience, knowledge, and passion, Marsha achieves our clients’ staffing goals by consistently matching the right candidate to the right job.

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, her two puppies ( Abby and Oscar), her cat (Gerald), and working in her garden.

Melony began her career with Personnel Services Unlimited in 2006, starting as a Personnel Assistant, then Staffing Specialist, and moving into her current Service Manager role. She is a business graduate of Gaston College and a Certified Staffing Professional accredited through the American Staffing Association.

She is passionate about making connections with clients and candidates to ensure their experience with Personnel Service Unlimited is one to remember.

A local since 1994, she enjoys thrifting, finding unique vintage and antique items, and spending time with her family.

Marie joined Personnel Services Unlimited in 2017 and is currently the Service Manager for the Forest City branch office. She is passionate about making connections with both our clients and candidates and ensuring the experience with PSU is one to remember. In her position, Marie feels great fulfillment in building valuable partnerships and providing excellent customer service.

Marie is a Certified Staffing Professional, accredited through the American Staffing Association. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography, and working on craft projects.

Wendy joined Personnel Services Unlimited, Forest City branch office, in 2017.

As a Staffing Specialist, she is passionate about placing people in jobs and watching them thrive, especially those who have been desperate to work and need a second chance. Wendy has previously worked as a CNA and an office manager.

In her spare time, Wendy enjoys family vacations to the beach, snuggling with her grandchildren, and attending concerts to see her favorite 80’s rock/hair bands.

Pamela joined PSU as a Staffing Specialist in 2021. Her background is in Criminal Justice, and she has previously worked in property management. As a staffing specialist, Pamela is passionate about helping others and is glad to have a career that allows her to do just that. She loves finding the best fit for companies and our PSU candidates; she says, "It's like finding a missing puzzle piece." 

Pamela enjoys spending time with family, friends, and beloved pets.

Jill joined PSU in August 2020 as a Personnel Assistant. When you call or visit the PSU office in Forest City, Jill will most like be the first person you meet. 

As the Accounting Manager, Candy plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes. With her keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, she manages our financial records, oversees budgeting and forecasting, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Candy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.  She is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations, allowing us to provide reliable and transparent services to our clients and candidates.

In addition to her role as an Accounting Manager, Candy has a vibrant life outside of work. She finds joy and fulfillment in pursuing various hobbies and spending quality time with loved ones. She enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, live music, and experiencing new places. Candy is happily married to her loving partner, Mike, and she is the proud parent of two wonderful children, Gage and Kelci.

Meet Ashley Banks, our Shelby branch office Personnel Assistant.  Ashley is a proud graduate of Belmont Abbey College, where she honed her skills and cultivated a strong foundation for her professional journey.

With a diverse work background in customer service, call center, manufacturing, and warehousing, Ashley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley is a proud mother of two children, Jakori and Janyla.

Outside of her work commitments, Ashley can often be found enjoying quality time with her friends, indulging in her favorite TV shows, and enjoying activities such as swimming and bowling.

 We are fortunate to have Ashley Banks as part of our PSU team.

Alecia joined PSU in May 2014 as a Client Relations Manager. In this role, she develops and maintains business accounts within the surrounding Gaston, Cleveland, and Rutherford, NC counties.

Alecia loves the business relationships she creates and being the liaison that helps companies find great employees. She feels these work opportunities help our local communities find meaningful employment—possibly even a better way of life —it's a Win-Win for all.

Alecia enjoys meeting new people, traveling, and learning new things. She is passionate about working hard and helping provide service to our community.

When not in the office, Alecia loves to cook, journal, garden, and spend time with family and friends. She also likes to paint, antique shop, and sing; and has been in several choirs through the years.

She has one dog and four cats and is the "Snow White" friend to many birds and wildlife creatures.
