Online Application
- Browse our job board and apply online or submit your resume.
- Apply in-person at one of our three branch locations.

Interview
- We will conduct either a phone screen, video conference or in-person interview to discuss your skill sets and understand your career goals.

Job Matching
- Our staff will assess your resume and interview to match you with great opportunities.

Reference Checking
- Now it's time to contact your references and verify your qualifications.
- Conduct background checks, and perform skills assessments when required.

Referral
- We will present your information to companies whose requirements match your qualifications.
- Coordinate any interview that may be needed.

Offer of Employment
- If you receive and accept an offer you will be asked to come to the office for onboarding.
Ongoing Support After the Offer
When you work with our team, you will feel supported every step of the way. If the employer extends an offer and you accept, our staff will be there to help you make a smooth transistion. Your recruiter and the entire PSU team are always here to answer and question you may have in the process.
